[Qgis-user] missing tabs/panel in the map composer

Dear all,

I accidentally closed the removed the tabs/panels in the Map Composer.
 How do I get it back. In the main QGIS window there is View > Panels.
 I can't see a similar option in the Map Composer window/dialog.
