[Qgis-user] Tables

I have Two Tiger files that I need to associate.

One is the roads layer:  tl_2010_04007_roads.shp, with
tl_2010_04007_roads.dbf

The other is the address data table: tl_2010_04007_addr.dbf

I need to understand how to get the data in the address table to work with
the shape file and display data on the map.

I can make a query or a view in the Spatialite GUI but I don't understand
how to integrate that into QGIS.

If someone can give me a simple explanation, possibly with some examples
that would be much appreciated,
