Maybe because it's not a "pure" Gnome? Does it show up in the Settings
Menu - which is the default except for Gnome and Mac?

Using Cinnamon in Linux Mint it's in the File Menu. The only thing
that isn't perfect is that dialogs do not have a title, but this
happens with other apps also.
