[Qgis-user] Add a vector data layer(.shp) file on google maps

I create a new project and set the CRS (settings -->project properties) to
google meractor

Then through plugins--> openlayers plugin---> add google hybrid layer , I
add google hybrid map to QGIS.

Then I add a vector layer to the qgis (using add vector layer)

Note: The vector layer is generated by querying a postgresql DB.

can you help me to overcome the issue?
