Go to http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user, login in the 
"unsubscribe or edit options" part at the bottom of the page (if you don't 
remember your password you can get if from this page) and check the digest mod 
checkbox (second row in the table).

You can uncheck it later.
