[Qgis-user] QGIS 1.8 has Shapefile code page problem

Hi! Users.

I'm BJ Jang, Korean user.

I was installing and using QGIS 1.8.
So the result was then found that there is a problem.

I was try to read some shape files, it has contained Korean character
and was successfully read on QGIS 1.7.x.
But all Koran character was broken and can't be recognize.
It is presumed that the code page conversion problem.

I hope that this problem will be collected.
