[Qgis-user] QGIS crashes when adding a plugin from QGIS Plugin Manager

Update on the problem.

When I try to bring any of the 3 options on View/Decorations: "Copyright
Label", "North Arrow", "Scale Bar", from the QGIS Plugin Manager, QGIS
crashes.  For all the other plugins is working fine.
