[Qgis-user] QGIS crashes when adding a plugin from QGIS Plugin Manager

in a clean installation that stuff should not be available anymore in
the "plugin manager" dialog.

Here on Ubuntu 12.04 activating one of the the decorations
(view->decorations) does not cause any crash.
