[Qgis-user] Spatialite data portability

Most of  SQLite editors, if not could not read the spatial aspect of
the spatailite database file.

Use spatialite-gui, spatialite CLI, and QGIS spatialite plugins, if
you want to manage the spatial aspect of your spatialite database.
