I think it may be frustrating for users being attracted to forum, and not receiving a 
response there. Better redirect them to the more active medium.
Also, I think information is getting increasingly fragmented among all media, some of 
them closed (linkedin, facebook), and this, even if increases our web presence, is 
not very good.
