Hi Ana

Is the bounding box information for the layers correct in the 
CatCapabilities output?
A common case is that if a layer has a wrong CRS assigned, it might show 
up fine on desktop (if on-the-fly projection is disabled), but not on 
server (WMS is more strict with CRS). Don't know if this is the case here.
