[Qgis-user] Plugin: Load Postgis Raster to QGIS 0.5.3

I want to add this plugin to my QGIS 1.7.4 in Windows 7: http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/wktraster/version/0.5.3/ in order to connect with Postgis 2.0

How do I find it in the Qgis python plugin installer, becuse I tried and I couldn't? Also, if it's easier by downloading it, I would like some instructions what to do with this .zip. Thanks.
