Hi Donner,
it's possible through the OGR driver, but it depends on GDAL if they've
been created with Oracle support (which is not the default case).
If you're on Windows, Osgeo4W provides GDAL/OGR and the Oracle driver, so
you can connect to Oracle spatial in two ways:
1 - Layer -> Add Vector Layer -> Database. If Oracle is supported by
GDAL/OGR it should be listed inside the Database options
2 - create a VRT file, with the right connection parameters, and load the
file from QGis (Layer -> Add Vector Layer -> File)
Consider that the OGR-Oracle bridge is not very mich efficient with high
volumes of features...
