[Qgis-user] error when installing new plugin

Thanks for help. I would like to try your first suggestion, but
unfortunatelly I can't rename this folder, I should have to tell
administrator of this computer to create new user and migrate all data. But
unfortunatelly I think, that he will not be happy :(

I suppose, that is not any other option, isn't it?
