[Qgis-user] 1.8 Problem with toolbar

Hello everyone
I was in quantum customizing the toolbar  in the settings tab when I unknowingly  got rid of the menu and settings tab. Now I cannot get these tabs to show up again. I have read that you go back to tools and delete the reg key but since that tab was removed is their another work around to getting these tabs to show back up? I have tried to completely remove quantum and re-install it but the old format shows up some how?
