[Qgis-user] drawimg freehand

Dear Peter,  Sorry, I think I replied directly to you instead of the list. I have downloaded Inksscape and will play with it for a while. I have created large topo maps from smaller ones using AllTopo software. They are in .tiff format. I'm not sure what will be the fastest way to convert to .pdf. Any sugesstions will, of course be greatly appreciated.J.R.
