[Qgis-user] Where to get a current build without using OSGeo4W

i don't know what happens, but when i try to make a new qgis installation via
osgeo4w, sometimes i observe this strange behaviour.
all packages are well downloaded except for curl. the proper folder is
created in the installation directory but it's not possible to download the
package.
in this case, i copy from another installation the curl package and in the
new pc i make an off line installation.

i tought that this could be as "false positive" of our web filter, i don't
know...
