[Qgis-user] Snapping with different CRS

Hi
Trying to digitize with two  - or more - layers. Snapping doesn´t work if there is different CRS.

Is this ad bug or a feature?

Second question:
In the dialog for "Snapping Option" there is 2 options:
Enable topological editing and Enable snapping on intersection.
Can anyone explain this functions.
