[Qgis-user] Activating Label Tools

Sorry I don´t understand.
When I activate the left tool ( Layer labeling option) a dialog appears. But the toolbox does not activate.
And what do you mean by "assign fields to store position"
Is there a manual for this toolbox?

Did you turn on labels (the first tool)? Then those other tools should
be come active. Though in the first tool you have to assign fields to
store position etc...
