[Qgis-user] Snapping a line to a polygon

Lene,

I'm guessing you are looking for the trace ability.  Nothing built in yet
but there is a plugin called TraceDigitize that will work in 1.8.  If you
hold ctrl and draw it will trace a feature for you.
