[Qgis-user] Configure Shotest Path plugin

Hello
I have a problem in the Plugin menu. Only 2 plugns is shown on the list, eventhoug I have installed several plugins.
Mostly I can find a toolbar, but the Shortest Path plugin only works if is configured from the plugin menu.

Can anyone tell me how to get the plugins in the menu.
