[Qgis-user] set layers CRS

Hi,

just copy the appropriate *.prj file in the same directory as the *.shp 
file and name it like the shp,
example, you have:
my.shp
my.dbf
my.shx
(and maybe some others)
copy a prj file from another place and rename it to my.prj
