[Qgis-user] how to translate QGIS.

Hi to all 



At present I am using QGIS 1.7.0 WroClaw version, on an OS: Windows (vista of 2007 version).

I wold like to customize QGIS into Indian Language i.e. Telugu is it possible.,

If possible tell me how..?

Hope any previous translations in this regard may be suggested for a sample
