Right, this is sextante bugtracker. Feel free to add bugreports
and / or feature request here (but first, please, check is similar
ticket exists).

You have several options here:
 1. create ticket at SEXTANTE bugtracker and attach your files
 2. issue a pull-request at GitHub (preffered)

I think you can share models in the same way as description files,
using bugtracker or pull-request.
