[Qgis-user] jp2 error

Hi Liam,

Couple of questions that will allow people to answer better.

1. Which way did you install QGIS on windows?
  (This is as important if not more so than what version of windows you're running)
2. Is this a new install? If not, have you been successful opening jp2 before?
