[Qgis-user] Polygonize problem:Polygonize function doesn't overlay the shape file over the raster file.

Hi all,
I'm using QGIS GdalTool 1.2.29 Polygonize, but the output shape file is
reflected above the original file. I try using QGIS 1.7 (Ubuntu 12.10) or
QGIS 1.8 (WINDOWS XP) same result!
