[Qgis-user] QGIS rotate entire rendered map

Hi Bjorn,
You can rotate your map in the composer only. First, add a map to your
layout. After selecting it you can edit the rotation value in the tab
"Item properties".
I don't know when this feature was added, but it has been in QGIS master
for a while.
