[Qgis-user] Qgis - missing ordinaal 4046 Libeay32.dll

Dear Sirs,

Since last week my Qgis 1.6 nor Qgis 1.8 doesn't start up giving as message
'Kan de ordinal 4046 niet vinden in DLL-bestand LIBEAY32.dll' (can't find
ordinal 4046 in DLL-map LIBEAY32.dll).

Is there anyone that can give a solution for this problem?
