[Qgis-user] QGIS and scipy

I should clarify, did you use the Standalone installer or the OSGeo4w 
installer?

Basically you need to install scipy in the python path of the QGIS 
install, and the python needs to match the version provided with QGIS.

If you google around that topic you'll find previous discussions.
