[Qgis-user] problems to cut images - black result

Hi !

i have a little big problem. my job is to cut image in userdefine tiles.

in the first command you can see a call with success - in the secound 
the result is only black images.

here are some informations.

command and log of image-cut with success

did anyone have a idea why the result images are only black. if the 
regtang-defintion was wrong normally i get a message that the border is 
outside of the image.
