[Qgis-user] QGIS install fail on Ubuntu 12.04

Gang,
I was able to use the process linked by Alex to downgrade to Precise
stable, rather than precise proposed. However, after following those
directions I received a series of errors related to CUPS. After some
searching, I used the following process:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1856911 to fix those errors. Once
everything worked, I installed qgis from the terminal. Everything now
appears to be working.
Thank you.
