Hi Lene,
hm - in that case I don't know. You need a fairly recent 1.9x though -
not the one before the API break I think.
Maybe it requires a block element like <div>...</div> or <p>...</p>.
Can you try with such a block element?
I doubt though, that a link inside a map-tip would work well - as the
maptip always moves with the mouse cursor - and you can't reach that
link.
