[Qgis-user] OSM in QGIS: Names unreadable / too small (.pdf/Print)

Hi!
I'm a new user of OpenStreetMap (OSM) in QuantumGIS 1.8 (QGIS) and I use "Open Layers Plugin".

The streetnames are 
very small but readable on screen. But the streetnames on print or .pdf are unreadable.
How can I picture them bigger 
or export them in a higher definition?
