[Qgis-user] Fw: How to assign (EPSG:32644)UTM projection to (EPSG:4326)lat/long

Dear all,


Here I had two shape files (1. drawn by me using qgis with EPSG: 32644) (2. drawn by me using josm as gpx layer later converted it into shapefile) Now I am unable to change projection of those w.r.t one to another. 
Suggest me to make these as a single layer.
Find the zip file of those data sets, try them and suggest me.
