[Qgis-user] Problem connecting to ArcGIS rest services

Hi,
I'm triyng to connect to some arcgis services following the instruction on
“http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/Arcgis_rest”. The case explained on
that web-page works fine but if I connect to the services of Regione
Lombardia (for example:
“http://www.cartografia.regione.lombardia.it/ArcGIS10/rest/services/BaseMapRL/dsm_hillshade/MapServer”)
the image is bad. The problem is like this:
“http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/72742/problem-with-gdal-wms-qgis-connecting-to-an-arcgis-server”.
I noticed in the problematic services the resolution of the levels changes
not constantly. Maybe the software expects the resolution doubles from a
level to the higher ones, but this is not, so it doesn't find the right
tiles.
Is there a way to load this kind of data?
