[Qgis-user] [Qgis-psc] donate link in help menu

 Hi,

 How about actually displaying the webpage 
 (http://qgis.org/en/sponsorship/donors.html) if there is a web 
 connection instead of just the link? And only display the link if the 
 user is offline?

 We could trigger the loading of the file only if the tab gets activated 
 to avoid unncessary internet traffic.
