[Qgis-user] EPSG for Cape Verde

Hello all,

I will create a QGis project for the Cape Verde archipelago.
The EPSG code used by the capeverdian national authorities is the 4826.
However, in QGis this EPSG is not in the CRS list.
Can somebody help me to solve this problem?
