[Qgis-user] Arc Map to QGis

Hello all,

I received several rasters.
Each one have five files with the following formats:
*.aux
*.rrd
*.tfwx
*.tiff.aux.xmlx
*.tif.vat.dbt

What kind of tasks are needed to convert these files before to open  
them in QGis?
