[Qgis-user] Install qgis 2.0 Intalación de QGIS 2.0

Hi I tried to install the 64-bit QGIS page:
Hola he tratado de instalar el QGIS para 64 bit de la pagina:
http://www.qgis.org/es/site/forusers/download.html

But when you run the installer and conectarce to run setup.ini:
Pero al ejecutar el instalador  y conectarce para ejecutar setup.ini de:
http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/testing64/

sends the error:
manda el error:
"unable to get setup.ini from http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/testing64/"
(ver imagen adjunta)

Eventhough you have all necessary permissions enabled so you can access the
site.
Apesar que ya han habilitado todos los permisos necesarios para que se
pueda accesar al sitio.

They could give me a solution for this problem
Podrian darme una solición para este preblema
