[Qgis-user] A QGIS tool (or plugin) to scroll query results record one by one in the map view

Hi all, 
is there a tool to scroll each record of a query results one by one? 

I'm looking to a classic "Next" button, and every time I click on it, the
map pans (without changing scale) to the coordinates of the active record. I
need it to analyze a points layer.
