[Qgis-user] Error in gdal translate GUI

it seems that there is an error with the gdal "translate" format function in
raster-->conversion-->translate.

when i select an output format of the raster, the command string below is
not updated so the output format is always GTIFF (-of GTiff). even if the
extension of new raster is, for example, .asc the raster is a TIFF type.

the only way to have a different format is clicking the "pencil" button and
correct manually the option -of

do i have to open a ticket?
