BCStray.exe is Bcrypt, which we run to ensure that laptop users (such as myself) are at severely reduced risk if the machine is lost with any sensitive information on it (mine doesn't - but it's corporate policy to encrypt).
You're right that this isn't QGIS, rather it's the .net libraries, I think. Backing out the install by going to the previous restore point (which doesn't remove QGIS, but does the libraries) resolves it.
I know Jo Cook is hoping to build a portable version, but is there any solution ahead of that?

Hi Denis,
I don't think this is a QGIS thing. Looking at my install there is no "BCSystray.exe". That sounds more like it is a different application, though googling finds no obvious candidates.
If you try googling for "ordinal 322" you'll see it's a general Windowsy error.
Regards,
Jonathan

Having installed QGIS 2.0, system rebooted and I got the error message:
BCSystray.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 322 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll
Any suggestions on resolving this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Denis
