[Qgis-user] Editing capabilities (bug?)

hi,
not confirmed using the filter on a local shape file
neither on Win7 with QGIS 2.0.1 (64 bit) nor on OpenSuse 64bit
you have do deactivate and reactivate the layer before toggle editing 
becomes active again.
