[Qgis-user] Where is the RT_Sql_Layer plugin

I'm searching the URL of the old RT_Sql_Layer plugin.
For qgis 1.8.
I'm not a qgis 1.8 installed , so I cannot use it the retrieve.

I like to reach its repositorywith browser to download its code.
