[Qgis-user] Problem with date format when importing data from Oracle

Hi all,

does anyone know if there is a way to import data from Oracle database to QGIS without losing the date format set in Oracle database settings?

We have stored data into Oracle with using Finnish date format (dd.mm.yyyy) (standard: SFS-EN 28601). When importing data into QGIS, date format is automatically converted into GML ISO format (ISO 8601) (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS). Changing locale-setting in options didn't help.
