[Qgis-user] unable to open the QGIS Tab

HI,
I have download the QGIS Softarwe of "gis-osgeo4w-1.7.3-00624b3" and "QGIS-OSGeo4W-1.8.0-2-Setup" both from net and installed both in my system,

My system is running window07 professional Service Pack1, 32 bit operating system.

This is the new install in my system.

Now when I am doing double click over given display icon , it is not responding

Please suggest where I am doing mistake, my other friends are using this.
