Standalone Installer
http://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-2.4.0-1-Setup-x86.exe

OR OSGeo4w Installer
http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/osgeo4w-setup-x86.exe

When in doubt always go to http://qgis.org for your downloads.
