Hello Etienne,
of course you are right, I know that.
I was talking about a continuous bar in the print layout.
Up to now Qgis composer map (for map printing) allow to insert
the raster legend with colour box and values corresponding.
I would like to insert in the map composer a continuous bar,
as happened by using the old plugin "One-Band raster".
Could anyone help me?

With qgis 2.0 you can add a color ramp, just go to raster properties->style, select Render Type "Singleband pseudocolor" and see the "generate new color ramp" box
