Ah, I can see how I missed this. I was expecting a "hand" icon with a label
"pan". BTW "Move Item Content" doesn't appear to work with all items. For
example, I can't move a label within it's frame.

Thanks Andreas for the pointer to the blog for upcoming improvements. I'll
take a closer look.
