Ok, my turn for a just checking.

Looking at what you've said and what's on the stackexchange page you mentioned what you really want is a a plugin that
1. allows a point to be entered numerically one at a time (e.g. NumericalDigitize)
2. draws that point (e.g. NumericalDigitize)
3. then zooms to that point (e.g. ZoomToCoordinates)

Is that right?
